Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified physician to join our complex wound care center, offering multidisciplinary team-based care for complex wounds in inpatient and outpatient settings, including an HBOT program.

The role includes clinical care across outpatient wound clinics, inpatient consultations, and hyperbaric medicine, with opportunities for leadership, education, research, and program development, plus rotating call coverage.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Certification in Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong clinical skills in evaluation and management of complex wounds and HBOT.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care across outpatient wound clinics, inpatient consults, and hyperbaric medicine services.
• Lead and oversee clinical, operational, and quality outcomes within the wound care and HBOT program.
• Participate in educational efforts for trainees and allied health staff; contribute to research and program development.
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis.
