Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience; wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish effective treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and therapeutic interventions.
• Document results and modify age-appropriate treatment plans as needed.
• Work across Acute Rehab, Rehab Hospital, and Outpatient Rehab settings.
