Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and document results of interventions.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate treatment plans with functional goals.
• Provide patient education and therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients on assistive devices and devices usage.
• Observe, evaluate and modify treatment plans as needed for progress.
