Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Wound Care Center team in this patient-focused role. You will provide direct patient care and manage intake and discharge per nursing standards, with opportunities to support a vein clinic after training.

The role may include case management, quality-improvement education, and HBO-related duties after appropriate training. A valid RN license and ADN are required; BSN is preferred. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• ADN degree required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake/discharge per hospital/nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager; perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• May serve as Hyperbaric Safety Director after required training.
• Collaborate with providers on clinic and patient needs.
• May act as a Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Perform other duties as required.
