Job summary

Healogics, the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to oversee the Wound Care Center operations, growth strategies, and client relationships within the assigned area.

The role focuses on day-to-day center management, financial oversight, quality improvement, and market-facing activities to increase referrals and outcomes across hospital partnerships in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare organizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staffing for the wound care program.
• Coordinate financial management and revenue cycle oversight with hospital partner.
• Lead community education/marketing to increase patient referrals.
• Implement and monitor a continuous wound care performance improvement program.
• Maintain strong hospital relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
