Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Director of Worldwide Field Application Engineering to lead the global FAE organization, drive technical solutions, maximize customer design wins, and scale expertise across North America, Europe, Japan, and Korea. The role emphasizes strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and a sustained focus on revenue growth.

Formación

• 15+ years in pre- and post-sales Field Applications Engineering
• 7+ years in leadership building and managing large global teams
• Semiconductor industry experience
• Track record of closing design-win/ design-in opportunities in automotive/industrial markets
• Executive presence and ability to influence at C-suite level
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Data-driven with experience in sales funnel analysis and BI

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement an operating strategy for the global FAE organization
• Align FAE strategy with sales, product roadmaps, and revenue forecasts
• Develop a high-performing globally distributed team
• Foster continuous learning and mentorship within the FAE organization
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership and product teams
• Travel globally 20–30% to support regional operations
