Qualifications

• 15+ years in pre- and post-sales Field Applications Engineering.
• 7+ years of hands-on leadership building and managing large globally distributed technical teams.
• Demonstrated semiconductor industry experience across regions and cultures.
• Track record of identifying, developing, and closing design-win/in opportunities in automotive or industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an operating strategy for the global FAE organization to align with corporate goals.
• Establish a vision for technical excellence that differentiates Allegro in automotive/industrial markets.
• Drive the One Allegro philosophy by deploying resources across high-priority global accounts.
• Build, train, and develop a globally distributed team of FAEs.
• Partner with Product Business Unit leadership to align FAE strategy with roadmaps and revenue forecasts.
• Lead technical training initiatives for sales teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Serve as a bridge between field-based technical experts and corporate strategy.
