Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical organizations.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, foundry ecosystems, design flows, and design-win processes.
- Proven success supporting strategic accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.

- Lead and inspire a world-class Field Application Engineering team for GF's largest strategic accounts.
- Drive technical engagement, design-win strategy, and customer success across US accounts.
- Shape technology roadmaps and translate customer requirements into business opportunities.
