Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Field Applications Engineer Manager and Global Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical liaison for key customers.

You will guide cross-functional teams to align customer requirements with Micron's capabilities and drive design wins worldwide. Reporting to the leadership team, you will manage FAE groups across regions, define system architectures, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to shape product direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of memory or storage engineering, validation, or applications.
• Experience with system architecture, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in datacenter or compute environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct or virtual teams.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global technical engagement, driving alignment, design wins, and revenue enablement.
• Manage and coordinate FAE teams and cross-functional partners for worldwide support.
• Define system architecture, memory configurations, and integration strategies with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to align product direction with customer needs.
• Resolve technical challenges that impact adoption and revenue recognition.
