You will own the Creator Program, manage relationships with core creators, and drive global campaigns across platforms like YouTube and Twitch, reporting to the Senior Director, Social & Content Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in influencer marketing, community management, gaming partnerships, PR.
• Proven experience building a creator/influencer program.
• Deep understanding of World of Warcraft and gaming communities.
• Empathy for creators; strong collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to own projects end to end.
• Advanced ability to analyze creator performance and sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage World of Warcraft's global Creator Program.
• Identify and manage relationships with core WoW creators.
• Serve as key contact for WoW creators.
• Define metrics and evaluation criteria for program performance.
• Develop new tools and processes to scale the program.
• Collaborate with PR, Community, Brand, and Product Marketing to run campaigns.
• Travel 10-20% domestically and internationally.
