Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Creator Program Manager for World of Warcraft to lead the Creator Program and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and fansites on a global scale.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across PR, Community, Brand, Social, and Product Marketing to shape creator strategies, scale programs, and support seasonal GTM campaigns, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, gaming partnerships, PR, or related field.
• Proven experience building and managing a creator/influencer program.
• Deep understanding of World of Warcraft, gaming creators and communities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage World of Warcraft's global Creator Program as the team's creator expert.
• Identify and manage relationships with core World of Warcraft creators.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned World of Warcraft creators.
• Define metrics to track performance and adjust strategy.
• Develop tools and processes to make the program more effective and scalable.
• Partner with regional teams to scale initiatives across global markets.
• Collaborate with PR, Community, Brand, Social, and Product Marketing teams to deliver campaigns.
