Olympic College is seeking an adjunct faculty member for the World History position on the Bremerton campus. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in History and have previous teaching experience. Olympic College is specifically recruiting adjunct faculty to teach the World Civilization sequence (HIST 126, 127, and 128). Candidates must be available to teach in person on the Bremerton campus and are dedicated to student-centered learning, closing achievement gaps, supporting diversity and social justice learning opportunities, and employ data-informed decision-making in their instruction.
Note: Adjunct faculty are not eligible for benefits upon initial hire. Adjuncts must work 50 percent of a full‑time load for two consecutive quarters to become eligible. Additional hours at other SBCTC colleges may count toward this requirement.
Final salary contract will be determined based on educational qualifications and applicable credits.
