The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an Adjunct Level 1 Faculty member to teach History courses, both face-to-face and online, across various campuses in Maryland.

The College is seeking adjunct faculty to teach face‑to‑face and remote online survey courses in History, such as Western Civilization, U.S. History, and African American History. Adjunct faculty are selected based on the needs of the program, applicant proficiency, course availability, and student enrollment. Preferred candidates are enthusiastic about content and pedagogy, use best teaching practices, and are committed to student learning. Preference will be given to applicants who present evidence of excellence in teaching.
Teaching positions may be based at any of the listed campus sites.
Master’s degree in History or a related field. Prior teaching experience preferred.
Free. Must obtain a parking permit from the Department of Public Safety to use on all campuses.
