This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, responsible for maintaining service quality, safety standards, and alignment with CBRE RISE values while driving continuous improvement in client experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and establish work schedules.
• Maintain records of costs and review invoices related to workplace services.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services.
• Approve client materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and databases.
• Develop vendor partnerships and assist with contract services negotiations.
• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees and train the team.
• Enforce safety standards for employees, clients, and vendors and support the Service Business Continuity plan.
• Resolve complex problems and identify effective approaches to meet team objectives.
