Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee all Team Member Experience (TMX) programs, including recruiting, onboarding, job skills training, engagement, and performance management. You will also plan and facilitate leadership training for managers and team leaders.

The role requires a 4-year degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in HR or Training/OD, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business / Management, or Organizational Development
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in HR or Training / OD positions
• Knowledge and experience in HR, Organizational Planning, Recruitment, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Safety, Employee Engagement, and Employee Development
• Better than average written and spoken communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and coaching skills
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Planning & Oversight – Assess the effectiveness of HR practices and lead improvements to support world class TMX.
• Pay & Rewards – Oversee Benefits/Salary administration and Payroll/Attendance, coordinate with HRBP on pay issues.
• Recruiting & Hiring – Oversee recruiting, screening, interviewing, on-boarding; ensure compliance with policies.
• Job Skills Training – Ensure training on job skills, safety, LEAN, housekeeping, and site standards; coach leaders on performance.
• Leadership – Facilitate leadership development workshops and advise on performance evaluations and terminations.
