Clayton is seeking an HR Manager to lead team member experience programs, improve HR practices, and partner with operations to reduce turnover and drive engagement. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management, while planning leadership development and policy compliance.

The role involves guiding HR strategy, training leaders, and aligning HR programs with Clayton’s world-class team member experience goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree in HR/Business/Management/OD.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Strong emphasis on employee relations, safety, engagement, and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruitment, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and policy compliance.
• Plans and facilitates leadership training and performance management processes.
• Manages pay, benefits, and payroll/attendance administration.
