Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, budgeting, revenue oversight, and cross-department coordination for special events while maintaining guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house staff in a hospitality setting.

• Experience with budgeting and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and develop the front-of-house restaurant staff; hire, schedule, train, empower, coach, and counsel employees.
• Ensure a world-class dining experience aligned with Forbes standards.
• Keep supplies and equipment secure and inventoried; restock daily.
• Maintain sanitary restaurant conditions compliant with regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments on events and special functions.
