Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking an AM Dining Room Manager to lead breakfast and AM tea service in our Asheville dining setting. You will hire, train, and develop front-of-house staff, manage budgets, and ensure a world-class guest experience in line with Inn and Forbes standards.

You will supervise service, enforce sanitation, monitor guest satisfaction, drive revenue initiatives, and coordinate with other departments for events and special functions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing front-of-house teams in a high-service dining environment.
• Ability to recruit, train, empower, coach, and counsel staff.
• Strong budgeting and revenue management skills.
• Track record of maintaining sanitation and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to exceed guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
