Job summary

The AM Dining Room Manager at Biltmore will oversee all aspects of breakfast service in the Dining Room as well as AM and High Tea service, ensuring a world-class dining experience in line with Inn and Forbes standards. The role includes staff hiring, training, development, budgeting, and revenue management, with oversight of the Lobby Lounge when needed.

Qualifications

• Manage and develop front-of-house restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Deliver world-class dining experiences consistent with standards.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and manage inventory.
• Ensure sanitary operations compliant with regulations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to deliver breakfast, AM and High Tea service.
