Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience with strong communication.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and identify needs.
• Assist Estimators by handling drop-offs, paperwork, and vehicle mapping/photography.
• Arrange customer transportation and ensure clear communication with customers and vendors.
