Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Experience Host to deliver a World Class Client Experience in our showroom in Boca Raton. You will engage clients with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, welcome guests, and tailor experiences using CRM data.

The role emphasizes hospitality, confidentiality, and strong teamwork within a high-performing environment. Previous jewelry/watch knowledge and hospitality experience are preferred.

As a Client Experience Host, you will ensure the delivery of a World Class Client Experience to all clients. Operating in a professional manner and utilizing exceptional communication skills, you will engage clients with excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for facilitating unique and engaging client experiences using creative research and exceptional hospitality, while maintaining a positive attitude that is infectious to both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model for the company culture, ensuring a World Class Client Experience for every client.
• Promote a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in the showroom.
• Enhance in-showroom hospitality through research and creative thinking.
• Welcome clients in a timely manner and use CRM to facilitate unique experiences.
• Probe clients to discover likes and dislikes to personalize each experience.
• Support all aspects of the client experience and prioritize clients' needs.
• Maintain showroom housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Complete all training requirements and attend departmental meetings.
• Recommend changes to improve efficiency and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Complete all duties as assigned by management.
