Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist/Athletic Trainer in Ft. Worth, TX. This PRN role focuses on developing injury prevention programs on-site, assessing worker health, and guiding employee wellness with education and coaching.

You will collaborate with industrial clients, perform risk assessments, document treatments, and support OSHA-related processes while fostering growth through ATI Academy and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training.
• Associate degree with PTA licensure or related bachelor in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years military healthcare experience.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
• BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe worker performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and plan mitigation.
• Document all employee treatments and coach for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Educate and train employees on wellness and disease prevention to optimize population health.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training

Associate degree as a PTA with licensure

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health

2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting
