Job summary

Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Workplace Technology Engineer to support enterprise desktop environments and devices across regions. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, manage configurations, and drive automation to improve reliability and efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with platform engineering, security, and global service desk while documenting procedures and creating scalable solutions. Travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting enterprise desktop environments or workplace technology systems.
• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware, peripherals, and mobile device support.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT management tools and networking fundamentals (DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Strong documentation skills and history of creating runbooks or knowledge base articles.
• Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for employees across the United States, Canada, UK, India, and Japan.
• Design, configure, and support hardware builds for engineering and studio environments.
• Monitor endpoint health and drive automation to standardize workflows.
• Create runbooks, playbooks, and documentation for global support.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure to resolve cross‑system issues.
