Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Engineer to maintain and improve our enterprise desktop environments and workplace technology. You will diagnose complex issues, develop runbooks, and partner with platform teams to implement scalable solutions across the organization.

The role emphasizes automation, documentation, and AI-assisted support to keep devices, collaboration tools, and AI platforms reliable for employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments (Windows/macOS).
• Strong knowledge of networking basics (DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience using service management platforms like ServiceNow.
• Ability to create clear runbooks and documentation.
• Familiarity with automation and optimization in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support across the organization.
• Diagnose complex issues and guide users on workplace technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and documentation for support processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and infrastructure teams to implement improvements.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve support efficiency and consistency.
• Support enterprise AI platforms and AI-enabled workplace tools.
• Partner with Global Service Desk to share knowledge and improve workflows.
• Ensure reliability of endpoint and workplace technology systems.
