Job summary

Wizards of the Coast in Boston is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Engineer - Executive Support to be the primary tech contact for executives, delivering high-touch support across on-site, remote, and travel environments.

You will partner with platform engineering, security, and facilities to maintain confidentiality, test presentations, and ensure reliable collaboration tools across global teams; travel is required for events and leadership meetings.

Qualifications

Experience in the dedicated Executive Support space.
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments or workplace technology systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide clear solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technology support resource for executives and senior leadership across office, remote, and travel environments.
Provide white-glove support for executive workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms.
Prepare, test, and support executive presentations, conference rooms, and audiovisual systems.
Provide onsite technology support for executive meetings, leadership events, and company presentations.
Travel will be required to support executives at corporate offices, leadership meetings, and events.
Collaborate with Executive Assistants, Facilities, Security, AV, and Workplace Technology teams.
