Job summary
Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Engineer to help maintain and improve reliability of workplace systems in a global enterprise. You will address complex technical issues, maintain endpoint environments, and implement automation to scale support.
You will work with platform engineering, security, and IT across regions to standardize processes and improve service quality. Three-plus years in enterprise desktop support, Windows and macOS familiarity, and strong

- Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
- Strong diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to document playbooks and runbooks.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote technical support for employees across the United States, Canada, UK, India, and Japan.
- Diagnose advanced issues, maintain endpoint environments, and automate resolution.
- Develop runbooks and documentation to drive consistent procedures across regions.
- Collaborate with platform engineering, security, and networking teams to improve reliability.
- Support enterprise AI platforms and AI-enabled workplace tools.
