Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager for Workplace Technology to lead technology deployments across a diverse client portfolio. The role requires adaptability, strong organization, and hands-on deployment support to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project management, experience with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Google Workspace and project management platforms. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in corporate real estate, facilities, tech deployment, or startups.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with internal and external teams.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem solving and resilience under pressure, with effective stakeholder influence.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the United States for deployments and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end project execution for workplace technology rollouts across the portfolio.
• Provide onsite project oversight and hands-on deployment support as needed.
• Establish and track KPIs and deliverables, reporting to Program Management and stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, technical resources, and vendors.
