Job summary

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to optimize productivity platforms, desktop computing environments, and device management. You will partner with business teams to map processes, maintain standardized PC images, deploy applications, and manage MDM, door access integrations, kiosks, and digital signage.

Qualifications

• Strong technical depth in endpoint and device management.
• Ability to bridge end-user productivity with platform engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality standards while aligning IT services with Graton's values.
• Document use cases and support adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Develop and deliver training for end users and IT support on collaboration tools.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Provide backup support for Microsoft 365 tenant administration and licensing.
