Job summary

Presidio seeks a Senior Engineer, Workforce Productivity, to design, implement, and optimize digital workspace solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead architecture across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and SharePoint, balancing security with user experience and AI-powered productivity.

You will mentor engineers, support hybrid environments, and drive billable delivery with a focus on governance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering or 5+ years at senior level.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot).
• Experience with SharePoint information architecture, hybrid identity, and security (Conditional Access, Zero Trust).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital workspace architectures across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Enable and govern Microsoft Copilot usage within Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Develop standards, policies, and governance for deployment, configuration, and security baselines.
• Collaborate with architects, sales, and clients to define roadmaps aligning technology with business outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide client-facing engineering leadership.
