Job summary

Bright Data is seeking a Workplace Technology Specialist in San Francisco to be the first IT contact for employees, providing hands-on support across Windows and macOS, SaaS apps, and devices. You’ll own onboarding/offboarding, manage Okta/Entra ID, and ensure a smooth end-user experience.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support Google Workspace and M365, and collaborate with InfoSec on security best practices while driving IT improvements.

Qualifications

• Provide tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support for Windows and macOS in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Okta and Entra ID user and access management.
• Administration of Google Workspace and SaaS applications.
• End-to-end onboarding/offboarding ownership and device provisioning.
• Hardware, peripherals, and conferencing equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong networking fundamentals and customer-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to end-users, on-site and remotely.
• Manage user accounts, access, and authentication via Okta and Entra ID.
• Administer SaaS applications, licenses, permissions, and app provisioning.
• Own employee onboarding/offboarding processes and deprovisioning.
• Troubleshoot laptops, displays, printers, conference room gear, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration at a basic level.
• Diagnose network, software, and hardware issues; resolve tickets and meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with InfoSec on security best practices and patching.
• Contribute to IT projects and process improvements.
