Job summary
Addison Group is seeking a Workplace Tech Microsoft Platforms Manager in Dallas, onsite, to lead delivery, governance, and improvement of enterprise Microsoft platforms. You will oversee Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Fabric/Power BI, and AD/GPO with a focus on secure, scalable healthcare solutions.
You will manage onshore and offshore delivery teams, drive roadmaps, ensure HIPAA-aligned compliance, and collaborate with clinical, operational, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
- 5–10 years IS/IT experience with engineering background.
- 2–4 years of people management experience.
- Experience leading multi-team delivery including offshore resources.
- Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple onshore and offshore teams, including engineers, analysts, and developers.
- Set clear expectations, delivery standards, and performance goals.
- Coach and develop team members with focus on engineering rigor and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute to platform architecture and roadmaps across identity, collaboration, automation, and analytics.
- Balance innovation with technical debt reduction and operational stability.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities early.
- Lead collaboration platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
