Job summary
Verily Health in Dallas, TX, seeks a senior IT leader to define and drive the company’s IT strategy across applications, enterprise systems, cloud, security, and operations. You will recruit and mentor a high‑caliber team, evolve capabilities, and deliver world‑class technology platforms that enable AI‑enabled health solutions.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive IT management experience, including multi-site operations and vendor management.
- 10+ years of technical IT experience in enterprise architecture and related tools.
- Hands-on and collaborative approach to establishing a cost-effective, company-wide IT strategy.
- Experience with Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Google Workspace, and hyperscaler platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Responsibilities
- Set Verily’s IT strategy and roadmap across corporate systems, employees, and contractors.
- Recruit top IT talent and build/lead a high-performing team of IT professionals.
- Evolve corporate and business systems to deliver world-class capabilities, ROI, and AI-based automation.
- Collaborate with Leadership and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Security, Legal, Finance).
