Job summary

The Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Austin, TX, seeks a Power Platform Development Lead responsible for senior-level programming, development, and support across the Microsoft 365 Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. You will gather requirements, govern platform usage, and guide roadmaps for multiple projects.

You will work with minimal supervision to ensure timely delivery, mentor junior staff, and align efforts with HHSC's mission.

Qualifications

Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business or a related field.
Minimum six years IT experience with SharePoint and Power Platform.
Three years directly working with Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead programming, development, and operational support for the Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
Oversee business requirements gathering and drive project roadmaps.
Provide governance, security input, and lifecycle management for Power Platform projects.
Coordinate multiple projects and mentor team members.
