Qualifications

• Over 10 years of consulting experience including management responsibilities.
• Experience in healthcare domain with Medicare knowledge is preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel ~10% depending on client/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design, develop, and operationalize scalable healthcare data platforms and integration pipelines across claims, payments, member, provider, eligibility, medical, and pharmacy domains.
• Deliver cloud-based data products using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, AWS, Teradata Vantage, Informatica, Airflow, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Provide clear guidance, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
