Job summary

AMS Workplace Technology is seeking a Facility Space Planner / Move Coordinator to manage workplace space planning, occupancy, and employee moves in our corporate facilities. You will work with HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors to plan and execute changes with minimal disruption.

The role requires experience in space planning and move coordination, with proficiency in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM preferred. On-site work five days a week with occasional regional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate space planning or facilities management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate floor plans, seating assignments, and occupancy data in AutoCAD and IWMS/CAFM.
• Develop space plans and move scenarios; coordinate MACs.
• Coordinate furniture, technology, and vendor requirements for moves and changes.
• Support space utilization and occupancy analysis.
• Serve as a primary contact for workplace requests and ensure spaces are ready for use.
