Compass Group USA's Rapport division seeks a Workplace Ambassador to deliver a welcoming, hospitality-focused workplace experience. Reporting to the Workplace Services Lead, the role provides on-site presence and ensures employees receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey.

You will partner to maintain workplace standards, oversee pantry, hospitality, and switchboard services, and promote a positive, inclusive office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Summary

This role is highly service-oriented and plays an important part in fostering an inclusive, professional, and employee-centric workplace experience.

Workplace Experience & Employee Engagement

• Support the delivery of workplace experience programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Serve as a visible and approachable onsite resource for employees.
• Assist with employee workplace orientations, and office tours.
• Support employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and workplace activations.
• Promote a hospitality-first culture by providing responsive and professional support.
• Support workplace communications and initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
• Develop an understanding of business and employee needs to help create a workplace environment that supports productivity, collaboration, and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
