Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group within Compass Group USA, is seeking an Operations Experience Ambassador in Carmel, IN. You will create a warm, professional atmosphere for clients and staff, delivering top-tier service and maintaining a pristine, well-run workspace.

The role includes greeting visitors, providing guest support, organizing events, and sharing knowledge about the area. This position offers an hourly wage of $24–$26 with comprehensive benefits and long-term career

• Provide high-level internal and external customer support.
• Manage the reception desk and greet employees and visitors with a smile while maintaining eye contact through the entire interaction.
• Assist with creating a collaborative environment amongst team through events and personal introductions.
• Speak knowledgeably about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all office space to include reception area, open work areas, conference rooms, lobby, and kitchen.

Job Summary

Operations Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members at all times. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering the highest standards in service and consistently maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring the space is optimized and running smoothly.
