Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• PMP certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful delivery.
• Set clear program goals and leverage data analytics to drive improvements and metrics.
• Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios with creative problem-solving.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resources and project success.
• Develop and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio and communicate milestones and performance.
• Manage and communicate program budgets effectively and report status to senior leadership.
