Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead safety performance improvement across enrolled WHS OpEx sites. You will own the program cadence, translate data-driven insights into site-level interventions, and drive measurable injury rate reductions at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution cadence for enrolled sites, including quarterly reviews and improvement tracking.
Partner with BI and data science to build reporting and surface actionable insights.
Analyze site data to identify risks and inform resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
Support scaling, enrollment cycles, and cross-site best practice replication.
