Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager within Workplace Health and Safety OpEx to lead safety performance improvement programs for enrolled sites. You will own the operating cadence, translate data-driven insights into site interventions, and drive measurable injury-rate reductions.

Expect travel and collaboration with data science teams and business leaders to scale impact across geographies. Ideal candidates have deep program management experience, analytical rigor, and a bias for action

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution cadence for program-enrolled sites, including quarterly reviews, site improvement plan tracking, graduation criteria monitoring, and escalation management.
• Partner with BI and data science teams to build reporting mechanisms, validate intervention effectiveness, and surface actionable insights to leaders.
• Analyze site-level performance data to identify risks, monitor progress against plans, and inform resource allocation decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional POCs to ensure consistent execution, remove barriers, and drive accountability from site to regional leadership.
• Support scaling initiatives including new enrollment cycles, tiered support model expansion, and integration of additional business units and geographies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, playbooks, and templates to enable standardized execution as enrollment grows.
• Conduct site visits to assess implementation quality, validate actions, and identify cross-site best practices.
