Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) OpEx is seeking a Program Manager to drive continuous improvement safety projects. The role requires leading cross-functional programs from conception to completion, defining milestones and KPIs, and communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree (required).

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with significant impact across organizations.
Develop the overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver.
Define the program scope, milestones, KPIs and quantify improvements with metrics.
Communicate status, risks and changes to senior management.
Coordinate resources across internal teams and external partners.
Prioritize projects and manage budget and governance for a portfolio.
Develop KPI reporting for portfolio visibility and performance.
