Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Operational Excellence is seeking a Program Manager to drive continuous improvement safety projects. You will lead cross-functional programs, develop detailed roadmaps, and communicate progress to senior leaders while managing budgets and KPIs.

The role requires strong project management, data analytics, and stakeholder management skills, with travel up to 25%. This is a great chance to influence safety performance across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful delivery.
• Set program goals and use data analytics to drive improvements.
• Identify risks and mitigate to prevent escalation.
• Communicate status and milestones to senior management.
• Develop and oversee KPI reporting for the program portfolio.
