Job summary

Amazon Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) OpEx is seeking a Program Manager to drive continuous improvement safety projects, translating strategy into actionable plans across cross-functional teams in Nashville. You will scope projects, create roadmaps, coordinate execution, and report progress to senior leadership.

You bring 5+ years in program or project management, strong data analytics, and a track record of end-to-end delivery. Travel up to 25% may be required.

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful delivery.
