Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health and Safety OpEx seeks a Program Manager to lead safety-improvement projects from concept through delivery. You will scope plans, coordinate execution across teams, and report status and risks to leadership.

Travel up to 25% is possible, with a focus on driving measurable KPI improvements for a multi-location program. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in program management, strong data-driven decision making, and experience partnering with tech and non-tech groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and SQL/Excel in analytics.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP preferred in preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and ensure successful delivery.
