Amazon in Connecticut seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training at our fulfillment sites. You’ll partner with teams to prevent injuries and promote a culture of safety and high productivity.

Ideal candidates have EHS experience, OSHA knowledge, MS Word/Excel skills, and the ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement. This on-site role offers hourly pay, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within Amazon’s safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an EHS-related field or equivalent.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety program implementation.
• Proficient use of Word and Excel; ability to handle confidential information.

• Provide engaging safety trainings and risk assessments.
• Translate safety data into compelling narratives to drive engagement and improvements.
