Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related field.
• 1 year in an environmental Health & Safety field OR 6 months in an Amazon safety role.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and daily audits with data-driven strategies.
• Investigate incidents and perform risk assessments; implement preventive actions.
• Deliver engaging safety training and promote a proactive culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and drive safety improvements.
• Translate safety data into compelling narratives to drive change.
