Amazon seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, investigations, and risk assessments, while advocating for associates’ wellbeing. You will drive behavioral safety changes and leverage data to enhance safety initiatives across sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or a Bachelor’s in EHS, with 1 year in EHS or 6 months at Amazon, plus OSHA awareness and strong Excel skills. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field, or 6 months experience in a safety-related role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety programs with data-driven strategies including daily safety audits and incident investigations.
• Champion associate safety advocacy and cultural leadership across all levels of the organization.
• Transform safety data into compelling narratives to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
