Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to drive safety program excellence and champion a proactive safety culture at our Aberdeen, MD site. You will lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments while delivering safety training to associates and influencing leadership on best practices.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, experience with data-driven safety initiatives, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1 year in an EHS-related field or a Bachelor’s in EHS background or 6 months in a safety-related role at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Word and Excel in a professional setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in security/personnel matters.
