Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety initiatives, audits, and risk assessments across facilities. You will champion a proactive safety culture, deliver training, and collaborate with site leadership to protect associates and optimize operations.

Ideal candidates bring EHS experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive continuous improvement in safety performance and incident prevention across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in an EHS-related field OR a bachelor’s degree in EHS.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety programs with data-driven strategies, lead daily safety audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing, build partnerships, translate safety data into actionable insights.
