Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to drive safety culture across operations. You will lead safety programs, audits, and incident investigations while developing proactive training to protect associates.

As the safety champion on site, you will influence leadership, partner with teams, and implement data-driven improvements that balance safety with productivity.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) field OR a Bachelor's in an EHS-related background or 6 months in a safety role at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and drive data-driven safety improvements.
• Conduct daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety trainings to associates.
• Translate safety data into actionable insights for leadership.
